Anybody else having issues with their apex. Mine is beeping and can't login or anything else thru fusion. Even "forgot my password" is acting up.
APEX down??

Thanx, just got off phone with tech support and got issues fixed kinda. Smh
Here's the story if anyone needs a laugh.
I went to the doctor this morning and was at the pharmacy waiting for my meds and my daughter called and said tank alarm was going off. I tried to log in to apex app and couldn't.
I came and and checked tank and display on Apex was blank. I tried logging into fusion on my laptop and again nothing. I tried " forgot my login" and kept getting not a robot verifications. All this time, every few minutes get "beep beep beep".
I start a ticket with customer support, they are great and get back with the usual basic checks and mine checks out fine.
So I call the technician and have him remote view my APEX and find my firmware is up to date but my web pages need updating. He takes care of this still get the "beep beep beep".
He checks a few more things changing this and that and finally says he doesn't know where it it's coming from. I thankband we hang up.
I check my heater and still "beep beep beep".
I can't figure it out. Then I'm listening and realize the beep is coming from our cordless phones. Oh well. lol
