Hello,
I've had problems this past week with loosing two EB8-632'S and 1 EB8. I repaired the oldest EB8-632 and it worked fine, now overnight I lost commination with the head unit and the EB8 won't communicate either. I plugged in my Trident using a stand alone power supply and then connected it to the head unit and it still won't talk to the head unit. I now believe the head unit went bad. Wondering what your thoughts are and maybe I we could work out a trade or for a working head unit. Thanks, Darwin

I hear that after the recent update (from last week) some people reported issues connecting modules. Check your firmware version first. Don't upgrade unless you have to.
I don't have a working head unit I could trade, but I can either repair yours or buy it from you for the right price.
