ok heres my problem I have a apex classic and I decided to get a new El got it out the box with the eb832 followed the steps on hooking it up. It went through the lighting sequence ok but it never went into wifi mode? It went back solid orange? OK I reset the unit by putting a paperclip in first pressing rapidly didn't work held for 6 sec blue light came on but as soon as I released it back to orange ok pushed it again held it for 20 sec turned red let go lighting sequence again back to orange.. decided to hook it up through Ethernet low and behold the blue light comes on and start to blink but guess what I still can't find it on my wifi network I'm totally annoyed at this point.. i was told to use a Apple phone i hate any apple products..... ok my daughter have a iPhone and STILL DONT WORK !! Can anyone point me in the right direction here seeing how no one at apex is working!!! From home!!!! or at the apex headquarters !!!!!
