APEX el issue.

I just got my apex el today was excited to set it up but it is only showing 5 of the 8 outlets for the eb832. I have followed the directions for set up with no luck. I've checked the top and also under outlets. it doesn't think they exist. any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Email their support. They will take care of you. Did you check if they are hidden tiles?

I did check for hidden tiles. I have emailed support just thought I would ask on the board incase someone else had the same issue before.

It's likely a configuration issue. I just set up a Apex 2016 and their support is really good and respond quickly. They will be able to help you out.
