Apex Energy Bar Dead - No Lights

My apex energy bar suddenly died, no lights what so ever. I checked the small yellow fuse on the bottom. I made sure the wall outlet has power. The small fan in the energy bar is running, there are simply no lights at all. Suggestions please?

You may have already done all this.
Put in a support ticket online with neptune
Disconnect all devices and get them running through a regular power strip.
Unplug the EB, disconnect all modules and aquabus cables, press the yellow button, plug it back in.
See if you get anything. If so, connect just the controller module and see what happens.
It's possible that one faulty module or device took the whole thing down.
