New to Apex

Why are outlets 1,2, and 8 off on both energy bars? The one in the top is connected to the apex brain and the bottom one is “daisy chained” to the apex on the top.

It was showing the same thing before I put the test plug in. The test plug is a powerhead that isn’t powering on. Seems like there’s no power on number 1,2, and 8.

Never mind! I figured it out and it’s working!

What was the fix ?! Same issue .....New to apex here !
Hi. I forgot what the fix was, but I remember it being a very quick and easy one. I just can’t remember what I did.

Is it possible to call/email customer service? I will find their contact information for you. I’m sorry I couldn’t remember. I’m trying really hard to, but it’s not coming to me.

Oh, I think I remember. Is it possible that those outlets are turned off in the control page?

If I’m remembering correctly, the outlets with the issue were turned “off.”

Let me know if that fixes it.

The outlets come preprogrammed for certain functions like lights, heater, pumps, etc. but may not be what you need for your setup. The Apex is not ready for use right out of the box, imo, and the outlets all have to be programmed to what you plug into them. There is an instruction card that usually comes with it, that has links to various videos and pages for helping with programming.
