apex failed

hi
my apex failed
2 energy bars shows VOLTAGE ERROR ( unable to communicate with them) weird
they are stuck on those outlets in ON position that I had it programmed, when I measure them, they have 120V, but the APP shows no voltage
unable to turn on or off outlets

APEX on top of that is acting wierd, it shows SALT 0 ( false reading) TEMP is stuck, on old reading, same with PH.
horrible !

need to call them tomorrow

Sorry to hear that. A good reminder that everything can and will fail - always best to have independent and redundant systems!

I would run a couple of diagnostics first. Reboot the head unit, disconnect everything except for one EB832 (I assume it's an apex 2016), look at the list of modules for any errors, switch aquabus ports around. Maybe even reset to factory. If everything fails, there is likely an electrical problem.
If the unit is out of warranty, let me know. I may be able to help.

U know what what is ? The date changed to 2008. That cause the voltage error on energy bars jezzz
