APEX feed mode and gyre set up

I've had my APEX set up with one maxspect gyre connected through the icecap module so I was able to control the pump and lower the speed during any of my feed modes. Now I set up a second gyre and connected them both through the original maxspect controller in order to prevent buying a second icecap module. The issue is now they are connected through the EB8 and I can only shut on and off with the feed mode. I would like gyres to come back on early before the feed mode is over to keep the food suspended in the water column before the return kicks on and pushes all the food into the overflow. Can anyone tell me how to program this? I have tried everything I've found online and it does not work.

For example, my "Feed Mode A" lasts for 10 minutes but I want my gyres to come on after 3 minutes.

I figured it out. I changed the feed mode interval to the time I want the gyres to come on and them delayed everything else in feed mode based off of that.
