I just bought an Apex Lite and am having issues with the initial setup. Both my laptop and my apex are hard wired to my router. I've attempted redoing the initial steps in 'Safe mode with networking' however I continue to get the same display when I try to update the firmware:
Loading firmware file into memory
Firmware file load complete...
Calculating Apex Start Checksum Vector

The controller address is: 192.168.1.50
Connecting to controller at address: 192.168.1.50

It's a repeated loop. I created an account with neptune systems however am not able to access fusion because it hasn't been linked to my apex. The 'Link to Fusion' option that I'm supposed to see in my Apex is missing. I'm not sure if I have to resolve the Apex Flash Utility issue first before I can link my apex or if it's vice versa. It's my first controller so would appreciate any insight. I'm hoping it's just something simple that I'm overlooking

Are you sure the controller is mapped to 192.168.1.50?

The message indicates it might be 192.168.1.171

Did you try the "find" button for the utility to self-assign the controller IP?

I had same issue, take the router out of the loop and follow their instruction to directly connect pm to apex, it's easy and works perfect every time

Were you able to solve your problem? I am currently at this stage after connecting my apex to my pc and I am sure my apex is mapped to 192. 168. 1. 50 and we did try the find button
