Apex fusion help

Hello, I need a little help. My apex has worked fine until now and it just keeps telling me waiting on initial status. Any help would be much appreciated. I have reset and rebooted but keeps the same message. Oh and on the front page it's showing ph probes which I don't have.

I just saw another thread right before this one and multiple others are having the same issues. It may be an issue on the Neptune end
