Apex Fusion Media tile accidentally deleted

I accidentally deleted this tile and I want to use it. How do I go about adding it back to the dashboard?

Hit the little lock/unlock tile at the top and see if it is in the menu that drops down

I had tried that earlier. The only thing inside the lock box are the switches

EDIT. I added the switches to the dashboard which allowed the non scrollable window to show the media tab. Thank you
