Apex Fusion Remove Virtual Outnet

Need to remove couple virtual outlets using fusion but on the outlets list page I don’t see the outlet icon that can select to “show delete column”. Any suggestions?

I'm by no means an apex expert, but perhaps this is something that needs to be done via the local dashboard rather than in fusion.
