Apex Fusion unauthorized access

I got a message in fusion app
“Unauthorized access”
I’m logged out and none of my usual passwords works
I don’t see any recover password link at log in page
Do I need to go on some website to make additional steps to log in or recover password?
Please help

As you can see I don’t have this in app

Yes, I understand you're using the IOS app. What I'm saying is that if you use a normal web browser and go to https://apexfusion.com/login then you can click the Forgot Login link and it will allow you to change your password. Then in the app you can log in with the new password.

Delete the IOS app and then reinstall it.

I just figured it out.
My apex account is the same word as the gmail. Like Grisha123 instead of [email protected]
Once I put in Grisha 123 without @gmail.com extension I logged in. They should keep this as a troubleshooter tip or something

I do think it's an occasional bug that pops up in the iOS app. If it happens to you again, try to force close the app and then re-open it. Have you force closed an app before in iOS?

I usually swipe it up and assume it’s not running but will send alarm if needed.

Swipe up and hold your finger down until you see all of the open apps represented on screen as little cards. From there, you can flick a card upwards off the screen and that a will force close the entire app. Your push notifications will come through all the time regardless of whether or not the app is open.

You shouldn't ever need to force close the app unless you see this screen. I hope this helps
