Apex Fusion update issues. Please help!!!

I just updated my apex yesterday morning 8/26. Since that update my fmm is not working at all. Has solid orange or red light. Tried to toggle one and off and nothing. Also my PowerBar has a solid yellow logo now instead of the orange and it's not reading amps or watts. I tried to update the modules again to see if this was an issue. Maybe it didn't update correctly. I can't figure it out but it's driving me nuts. Please help.

My PAR monitor stopped working as well. Neptune has basically told me I need to send my PAR probe and ASM module back to be recalibrated. Not impressed...

I have reached out to yesterday around 5pm. They got back to me and after my reply I haven't heard back. Not sure what if anything I can do on my own. I would be ticked if the update ruined everything. This equipment isn't cheap lol.

Soooo just figured it out. I had to unplug the power supply but leave everything else connected and forced an update. The status light finally turned green and system up and running. As far as the power bar goes. Same thing. Had to unplug everything and force an update. Everything is back up and running great.
