I didn't see any posting on a planned outage. but I can't view my apex fusion. it lists it but I can't connect to my apex. I have a tool that I can view what I have connected to my network and my apex is showing along with my satellite and all other devices. so is there an unplanned outage?
 
Just out of curiosity, did you log out and try logging back in? That has happened to me twice for whatever reason and that worked for me.
 
I don't know what happened. I unplugged it and plugged it back in this morning. still nothing. I went in and changed the ip address statically and recycled the apex again and now it works. maybe the ip address was assigned to another device.
Happy it is resolved.
 
You might want to go into your router settings and reserve the Apex's IP address. It can help prevent issues with reconnecting when the power cycles such as a power outage or restarting equipment.
