APEX ghost alarms?

Today I received a series of three "Alarm Off" emails in about two minutes from one of my APEX systems, however, I never received any "Alarm On" emails. I then reviewed the alarm log on the APEX and the log does not show any "Alarm On" entries. At this point, I still have no idea what triggered the alarms.

My APEX is running FW version 5.10 8F22

Has anyone else encountered this type of situation? Is there another way to identify what caused these alarms to be generated?

Yes, something is alarming then quickly clearing... mine does it when my water level sensor just slightly triggers then clears. Not sure when the log fails to show the alarm...

Thanks for the feedback. It seems like not capturing the original event is definitely a bug.
