Apex giving me EmailAlarms that are not programmed

Hey guys!
My apex is giving me an email alarm about my Alkalinity being below 8.10 altough I’ve programmed it to alarm me when below 7.8 and above 8.4, every hour I’m getting a new one, it’s driving me nuts.
I’ve tried to reboot my Apex and my Trident, I’ve re-entered the programming in the email alarms section! What else can I do?

I haven't emailed Neptune about issues in the last few years, but in the past when I did they were very helpful. That's what I would try.

Did you figure it out? There are non programmed alarms for certain probes. You have to go into the alk ‘probe’ menu and adjust the alarm range.
