Hi there,

Yesterday my apex made the last reading in the charts stopped working at 05/21/17 at 11:30 a.m. and from that does not leave the chart in the dashboad Apexfusion.

I do not know what it can be since I have not made any changes to the settings.

Has any of this happened to you? How did they solve it or how can I solve it?

I'm running the latest version of the software from days ago.

If you look on the Classic Dashboard or Apex Local do you see the graphs?

If yes then some of your graph data got corrupted being sent to Fusion. You have two options at this point.
You can wait it out until the corrupt data get automatically removed over time (1-2 Weeks) or in the Comprehensive Reference Manual on pg 145 tells you how to telnet into the Apex and delete the logs. Once the corrupted logs are deleted then Fusion will start showing your graphs again
