APEX HELP!

I just set up my apex, and I cant figure out how to set up a virtual outlet that will email me for 1. when the temp is over 83 for 5 minutes, and 2. when the temp drops below 76 for 5 minutes. Can anyone here help me write a program? If you can, that would be awesome!

There should be a virtual outlet call email already created. You can try this program:

Set OFF
If Temp > 83.0 Then ON
If Temp < 76.0 Then ON
Defer 005:00 Then ON

This will send an email to my account email, correct?

It should, did you try it? If you have your phone linked to your apex account you can get texts.

You have to setup your email under the alarm section. I have mine going to my phone.
