Apex help

I just got an apex and I have been sitting here for hours trying to get past the connection step.i have tried wired and wireless. It will change colors and go blue again. I have the ip address and when its wired I can get in
Any help I can get I would appreciate. I am about to launch it out the door

Yes sir I did it was my error. After working all day and getting home I should have let it go but I was so excited. I wasnt capitalizing the first letter of the password for my router and it wouldn't connect.i got it the next day
