Tried searching, but wasn't sure what to search.
The issue I have is with Apex Fusion. I can pull it up on any device, and everything shows up just fine. It's giving me accurate readings.
But when I go to turn something to on / off / auto, it doesn't stay (if that makes sense).
I go to turn one of my water pumps on, it slides over to "on" but nothing happens even though it says "on". Soon as I refresh the page, it shows that it is "off"
It won't update any configurations either.
It does however give me accurate ph and temp readings so it is communicating.

I have done resets several times now.

Another odd thing is that my lighting schedule is all weird. It's almost like it's set to sun up/down, even though it's very specifically configured to come on at a certain time, and go off at a certain time.

HELP!

Have you tried reloading the page? This happens to mine if it sits on the same page for a few days.
Yep. It doesn't matter what device I use, it does the same. I've tried ipad, desktop, laptop, and phone.

check your WIFI signal strength on the network page

What are your SET and FALLBACK settings? If the 1st 2 commands on your outlet are FALLBACK OFF , SET OFF then it will revert back to an off state even when you manually turn it on. Also check to make the outlet is not preset to ALWAYS OFF

I can't even change the configuration. It's gives me a "Timed out waiting for Apex response".
It's acting like it's not connected, even though it is and I can get into everything and see it that it's giving me some information (ph and temp). I've put in a support ticket

Yep. Triple check your If/Then statements. If may have a conflicting statement-vs- your Set/Fallback statements

If all programming checks out your TRIAC relay switch for that particular outlet is BAD. I have one bad outlet but my energubar is like 8 yrs old. These energy bars dont last forever bc the switching mechanism will eventually wear out

GOT IT! Somehow "Apex Fusion Control" got disabled (no idea how). Had to get into the system through the http://apex and reconfigure everything

You're gonna have to hardwire an ethernet network cable from the Apex to a desktop or laptop. NOT WIRELESSLY but hard cable it.

You're going to have to get into the OLD dashboard by pulling up in a Browser the IP address. I believe the default address is like 192.168.1.39

You'll have to refer to Apex Manual Guide for instructions to pull up the old dashboard

The old dashboard fixes many problems. Gotta love Neptunes modified Linux based programming language

The set and fallback commands apply only when the slider is set to AUTO. The ON and Off slider positions are independent of any outlet programming.

Yup, if fusion doesn’t hold changes it’s almost always a communication error.
