Apex, how to safely delete old unused settings

I purchased my Apex used and set it up for my system . I was told originally that it was reset but after I had set it up for my system I find many settings that I did not do myself. I'm assuming this is from the previous owner. How do I remove those settings safely?

I think you can log into fusion and delete the codes they wrote. That's what I did.

Thank you Yes I am a member. However in the past they were a bit slow to answer. I fixed it in fusion...
