apex/ iphone setup???

Hello reefers,
I have had a jr. apex neptune system for quite a while now and have tried numerous times to set this up to be operated on my iphone (while abroad) without being at home connected to my wi-fi.

This is the place i heard for DIY help tips on any issue regarding the apex controllers.

I have heard i need to add a piece of hardware so my router can transfer the info to my iphone network and my iphone can see the controller levels and control necessary functions while away from my home.

This will become a necessity to control my tank away from home in the near future so i figured i would get a jump on things i might need to do in order to make everything work properly.

Any advice is appreciated.

Have you connected the controller to fusion? This would be your best option so you don't have to worry about an app, ddns, etc.
