Apex irritation

I have never been so frustrated in my life trying to get this set up.

I got a complete apex and I have been following the instructions to set it up and they claim it’s easy but let me tell you I have had the worst experience with everything from set up ( which I’m still not ) to customer service. And it’s disappointing because I’ve had nothing but great interactions bulkreef who now are one with Neptune and if this is gna be the new trend count me out they can take this entire thing back and I’ll do something different . And for the record I’ve been at this since 8:30 am central it’s now 2:33pm and I’m still not done!

I don’t know what u mean by posted but I posted in here and I’ve emailed them and I sent a ticket and I’ve called and here we are mid afternoon and still in the same spot I’m beyond frustrated.!
 
I have 2 apex and new version and a 8 year old one and never had any issue setting up. Read and follow the directions and I’m sure it will work

Do you want me to start with the advice of make sure it’s plugged in. Because I have no idea where you’re at and how could I if you didn’t say

I think what he was suggesting is if you post here in R2R exactly where you are in the setup process and what specific problems you're having, perhaps some of us Apex experts (who are not Neptune or BRS employees) would possibly help you out. Many times Neptune Support is swamped and may take a while to get to your ticket, but those of us on R2R may respond more quickly. But if all you're doing is venting here, there's nothing we can do to assist.

Post details. Post screenshots. Describe the issues.
 
I may not be a known Apex guru to this forum, but I’ve had an Apex, weather the classic or the new version also, for awhile now, probably 8+ years consecutively. I’m pretty versed, and can share personal code for many types of equipment and DIY things if needed.

I was the same way trying to set mine up. I’ve come to the realization that when it comes to setting something up apex related if it’s not going right it’s something stupid I’m doing wrong. Take a deep breath and start right at the beginning. Watch the set up vids. Ask questions.. you’ll get it
