This morning I woke up to find my DoS blinking. Upon logging into my Apex Fusion app it listed that my Apex isn't connected to the internet. I checked all of my connections and everything appears to be connected. Anyways I ended up manually unplugging the Apex display then plugging it back in and now I have the solid blue screen.

I'm currently running version 4.33 and haven't encountered this issue yet. I believe I ran into this issue on my previous version and unplugging/plugging it in seemed to correct the issue.

I sent off a help ticket to Neptune but I know their customer support tends to be a very lengthy process and I don't want to have to send it off for repairs.

Has anybody ran into this issue and know how to resolve it?

Do you have an external 12VDC power supply or are you powering by the powerbar?

I lost connectivity last week and could not get the Apex unit to connect to the network until I booted the control module with just the power supply. After I booted the controller, then I connected all the modules and it works fine after.

I have my display plugged into the base unit which is plugged into the EB8. I'm not sure I'm following, so I should connect the display directly to my EB8?

There is a 12VDC input on the base unit. I had to use that input with external 12VDC PS to get the base unit to connect to the network.

Anyhow, you may try just booting the base unit with EB8 first. Then plug in the display after the status indicator turns green.

What are the status light of the Apex base unit and all the other modules that you have?

I just tried updating and my display is blank. Any ideas?

I also can't access the controller at all via fusion.
