Had a power outage yesterday and can't get this thing connected. I've rebooted the unit, reset my router and unplugged yhe USB cable. Still won't connect. Anyone have an idea

Have you reset the head unit? Take bamboo skewer or paper clip, and press and hold it in the pinhole beneath the head unit. Once the “N” turns blue, release the pin hold. The “N” on the head unit will go from orange to flashing blue then back to orange. It should reconnect in about a minute or so.

I did try that. Still no luck

Hmmmm, that usually does it for me whenever I get the Apex disconnected message. Have you reached out to Neptune Support yet?

When I had this problem the only way I could get it back working was by hooking up an Ethernet cable and then going into my router and looking for the device and getting it's IP.
It seems like the Apex can go back to it's default IP address if the power cycles in a certain way.

If you have an Apex Display you can go into setting and get the IP address and try typing that into your computer. Mine changes the IP sometime with a power loss.
