The interface converts 0-10v dimming from apex to pwm current for dimming ldd drivers. All items are new, one cable still in bag. $30 shipped, price is firm, don't want to seperate.

I bought them for diy leds with meanwell drivers. Not sure if it is what you need for kessil.
