Apex lite firmware update

I was updating apex lite and it is now stuck in boot loader I guess because there was a firewall open on computer. How can I fix this can connect the Ethernet cord directly manually select IP address. What should I do because energy bar 8 and controller is blinking orange. Thanks

Yes, connect directly to the ethernet. Updates are done hard wired only
