So i'm trying to program my Apex Lite here and only outlets 1, 2, and 3 work. I'm pretty sure my programming for outlets 4-8 outlets is good considering I pulled them from other help/question threads.

What i'm looking at is the bottom row of ON/OFF's on the homepage of the display, mine looks like this..

ON (light bulb with a +) ON OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF

I'm pretty sure the only reason why outlets 4-8 arn't working is because on the "OFF" on the main screen, How do I change that to on!?

Example:

Modify Outlet
Name: Skimmer
Ctrl Type: Advanced
Icon: Left/Right Arr
Addr: 4

Program Outlet
Fallback OFF
Set ON

It seems I am missing out on something to turn on outlets.. PLEASE HELP! I have 30 gallons of saltwater sitting stagnant in my sump and another 75 getting blown around by my tunze.

Might sound strange, but I had something similar happen to me.

I just manually put them to "on" from the homepage, clicked on "update", and when everything was on, put them on "auto" and clicked "update".

Kind of a crappy work around but it worked.

Just be 100% positive that your programming and logic is correct to prevent headaches...

pretty hard to mess up Fallback off Set On lol.

What button do I push on the aqua controller to edit from the homepage? (just to clarify im talking about the HOMEPAGE with Ph and Temp, time, etc.)

Yup, when on the webpage, under the Status page, you'll need to the the outlets are set to Auto instead of Off. That should allow your programming to do its thing, turning them on/off depending on what you have programmed for each outlet.

Are the only commands you have for this outlet are the following?

Fallback OFF
Set ON
