APEX Lite Problamo

I just got a new APEX Lite. I cannot get some of the outlets to work. I have tried every setting possible and can't even get a skimmer to turn on. Some of the problems I am having are similar to this guy's (Although I am not getting any blinking lights): Issues with new Apex Lite - Reef Central Online Community
Any experience with this?

How do I do a factory reset?

Also, where do I get the software to program the APEX via computer?

Figured out the reset. Issues with new Apex Lite - Reef Central Online Community Let's see if that helped. I still would like to know how to program via computer.

Hi KoleTang,

I don't believe there is any software to download for the Apex Controllers as it is programmed through a web page via a standard web browser that connects to you controller. The controller would need to be connected to your home network to do so.

If you haven't already browsed at it, the Unofficial New User Guide for the Apex AquaController is a good place to start. If you continue to have trouble, you may wish to get in contact with Neptune directly: Contact Support | Neptune Systems.
