I have a 2014 Apex. It is not run via ethernet as the tank is set up in my office at work (firewall and apex do not play nicely). At any rate, sometimes after I change a parameter, I lose power to all outlets. Also, all outlets lose their location/name/program on the head unit and the only thing that is displayed for the outlets is the name 'G'. I end up having to do a factory reset and reprogramming everything. Anyone else have this experience?

Buying a new head unit is the likely answer, but, at some point am I throwing good money after bad? For 600 at the time of purchase, I really need this to be a reliable piece of equipment.
