Apex Lost Program - HELP!

I had some power outages in the area. The Apex was offline so I had my wife reboot the whole system, EB8 included. It booted back up and my lights were going crazy and the unit was still offline.

I get home and check the system and it has lost its program 100%. It has basically went back to the factory program that it was shipped with.

I am wondering if there is ANY method to try recover the program or if I need to just start over. If I have to start over, I am just going to upgrade firmware first and program via Fusion... My spare Apex is already on the new firmware but hadn't been programmed yet.

I would call Neptune.... perhaps your programming can be retrieved from fusion if you used it before the outage.

Have you recently save your config (made a backup)?

If not, Neptune would probably be your only hope.

If you're tied into Reeftronics, Russ might have a data backup perhaps?

I try really hard to be in the practice of saving the config every time I make changes.

My backup was older than the one from Russ at Reeftronics. He had the XML but it was from a long time ago. Being an IT guy I should have known to take a backup more often. My bad I guess...

So not a big deal... It was my fault for not having a backup. It's all good. Now I'll move to Fusion and get that set up. Blessing in disguise maybe...lol
