For an intro price of $379, seems like a great price! I wish I knew what came with that package.

$379 and 1 multi bar that has 6 outlets and no ph probe. I'm a fan of vertex stuff but man everything is so big with this controller. The multi bar looks like something you would see in the movie back to the future.

The tablet, software and hardware is about 8 years old, as well.

Good point, this has been in the works for half a decade at least. The old saying of "a day late and a dollar short" kinda works here

This type of Hardware I would want tested for a long time. As it is for life support would you want something that had never been tested on your tank?

This is very healthy for the hobby but I don't see them hurting apex in any way. The only controller that can beat apex right now is if one comes out that can monitor and control our tank levels like cal,alk and mag. my .02$
