How old are your probes?

You did not mention which probes and which readings. PH tends to be off and salinity wrong many times but often on salinity as these probes are optic- will be trapped air. Place salinity probe at an angle to release air and you may find a much better reading.
Hanna sells a probe cleaning solution ($15) and I recommend using it occasionally

Are you talking about Trident, pH, temp or all three?

Temp is good. Salinity is all over the place.
The tridents alk, mag and calcium were all close and yesterday. They are reading all over.

magnesium is reading 1000 when is 1390
Alk is reading 8.3. It's 9
Calcium reading 760. Is 430

Did you calibratevthe Trident? Do you have any higher voltage wires up against the apex head unit? Sounds like you may need to open a ticket with neptune.
For the trident i found it is much more accurate if there is no height difference between the trident and the dnd of the puckup tube. The trident has a weak pump. Your alk is not very off. My alk with the trident is a full 1 dkh low.

Just a bit of feedback. It would help any here who are trying to assist you if you can clearly articulate what the issue is. As I read through the thread it is very confusing to me what exactly it is you are asking. Also give a bit more clarification around how long the display has been running to include Apex and test automation. Mixing everything up or across posts makes it difficult.

I don’t have a trident so I really can’t add anything about that. I would care most about the precision of the alkalinity measurement. What I mean by that is that the measurement is repeatable within reason.

Temperature is good it sounds.

I have been using pH probes for about 25 years. If you recalibrate yours in about a week it will likely work great. Then recalibrate about every 9 months or so.

Salinity probes are notoriously somewhat whacky in my experience. I use mine to see general trends with salinity and understand there are limitations. You might want to relocate yours. I don’t know. There are lots of threads out there and at least one possible device type solution. But I’ve never tried.

If trident,the line may have come off,also a pinch valve may be sticking if if the line did come off also the reagents may be getting low
