Please help
Was wireless couldn’t reconnect watched many vids still no connection
Aggravated!
Found a Ethernet cable ; plugged into router and appropriate slot on apex
Still nothing
Pulled cable hard reset on apex installed cable
Nothing
Reinstalled app NADA !

What is the symptom when you go thru the wifi setup?

Maybe the cable is bad. The module is blue ; does not turn orange when I plug cable in thank you

I dont think you need the cable.
If light is blue, connect wifi to apex hotspot wifi "Apex Setup_xxx"
Do you see this on your phone or laptop?

Blue indicates the apex is waiting for the user to connect via wifi and config network params.
Do you see the apex wifi hotspot or are you onto something else?

I assume that when you changed the ISP, you got new hardware, router, and such? Are your other devices connected and working properly?
