Hey guys. Literally just set up the unit and I’m running into some issues.

1) my temp probe appears to be broken. The reading is stuck at 20.6 and won’t change. I’ve unplugged it and plugged it back in multiple times. The green light on the port is not lighting up.

2) why is the system turning my wavemakers off when set to auto?

3) how do I set a schedule for my fuge light?

Herp derp.. had the temp plugged into the Ethernet port... Issue 1 resolved.

Ok put the anything you want on constantly on "ON"
Now the auto works when you hit the little settings emblem on the plug you wanna program and put the time you want it on or off and you leave it on AUTO and it will do that automatically

I am no expert, but I would not have your Heater in the ON position. If your heater thermostat fails and it will one day, you will cook your tank. You can use the pre sets in the heater settings on apex to help control it using the temp probe.

Your correct I dont currently run a heater that plug is actually empty it failed on me and I haven't added a heater since I just haven't renamed the plug

You are correct I'm not currently running a heater that plug is actually empty the cobalt heater I had exploded and my tank never really goes under 76 so I haven't been running a heater

I see no option to adjust times when I hit the cog icon, only fallback times. If I have the pumps set to “on” they don’t turn off when I hit feed mode.

What are the current settings in the advanced tab of the wave makers?

Should be something like

Fallback ON
Set ON

you can get to these settings by selecting the cog beside the outlet and seleting Advance in the drop down menu.

The settings for the fuge light I’m trying to schedule. The only option is fallback.. which from what I understand just means that this is what it will run if the unit isn’t detected by the brain:
