I bought the new Apex like a year ago non stop problems. Contacted Neptune support few times they did fix (bandaid) the problem but always was disconnecting snd freezing not letting me control outlets. Evey week ince or twice i been resetting it to have it work. But last night takes the cake. The powerbar keeps shutting of and on like every minute. I thought it was my return pump cuz my Tunze ATO alarm kept going off. Well few hours later of no sleep snd disconnecting all the plumbing and neatly tucked away electrical i got everything working on extension cables. My tidy under cabinet is a. Luster of wires now. Im going crazy!! Opened up a ticket again but im done with this unit i need a new one. Have no faith this will monitor my tank when i leave in vacation in July. Waiting to hear.b Ack from Neptune
 
Yeah i hear you. Let me see what Neptune says. I cant sell a Apex that doesn't work. I think im going to pass on their return pump i was so anxious to buy when it comes out

Yes i just checked i have a response. I was always pleased with the customer service and the prompt responses just the product i have is a let down. Thanks Terrence i will follow up on the email. Hopefully i can get this resolved
 
I've gone ahead and removed a few outside comments in this thread... this is just a friendly reminder of the rules in feedback threads...:)

I received new base unit in mail today. Was thinking i was going to get entire new unit but whatever as long as if this fix the problem i dont care. I work late so not sure when i will be able to hook this up. My problem was with eb8 and disconnecting from fusion but if this brain controls the eb8 and fixes problem im happy.
 
So I finally hooked it up. Everything seems to be working well now. Still need to calibrate ph probe but all outlets are working and salinity probe connection actually stays in place. No fusion disconnect as of yet.
Radions are hooked up via WXM next is vortech pumps and hopefully everything will be ok.
