Hi,
Not sure whether this is only happening to me. I cannot change any apex settings and all the auto function is not working appropriately. Also, it doesn't record any data since then.

Any one have the same issue?

By not connecting I am assuming that you mean it is not connecting to Fusion correct?

You may need to do the old "unplug it and plug it back in" cliché.
If that doesn't work try soft reseting it with the reset button through the small hole on the bottom of the unit.

Apex's WiFi is not exactly the best. Mine will drop out randomly on occasion.

The programing still runs as written when it is disconnected.

Did you try a soft reset to reconnect to your network?

Thank you Sean. This issue has solved but still the apex is not recording any data collected since last nigh.

Press the reset button on back of EB832 (its yellow), then unplug.
Reset the wifi to the unit then plug back in and also assure there is not a software update waiting to be downloaded. It should be on your list of Tasks on Fusion and even on top of Fusion page

Unless your Apex was frozen somehow, it will still log everything. It may take up to 30 minutes for the data to upload to Fusion. I'll bet that it shows up presently.

I believe I follow what you suggested. except the yellow reset button is really hard to press

That reset button on the eb832 is a circuit breaker. It's obvious when it's tripped.

And that wouldn't be the issue. If youre able to control outlets, your issue is probably with the server and not your apex.

I see. Guess I will just wait for a while then. At least it is now working and giving me the current readings
