Unplug unit one full minute and same with router and restart both. Should connecy. Also go onto your wifi list on device and assure Apex is connected.

I had to reconnect it one time by connecting to it in the wifi menu of my phone. Then I re entered the wifi info into the apex. This only works if the light is not orange. Otherwise, try unplugging and replugging in the head unit.
Also, set a static connection. To do this, see what wifi address your apex uses (once you reconnect it) and choose "static connection" under wifi settings and enter that address.

Thanks guys got it back running I had to reconnect it in the wifi menu! Now my trident seems like it’s out of wack going to recalibrate it!

Every thing tested good except alk it said was 7.2 I checked it with Hanna and got 9.3. Has this ever happened to you all when you loose connection?
