Light on APEX is blue. I have reset the router and reset the APEX.

"connected no internet"

I'd unplug your router and modem (if you have two separate devices for that) for 30 seconds, then plug back in. Give it about 20 minutes and check again. Judging by your screenshot, apex is connecting to your router. If it can't access internet, maybe a problem with your router either connecting to your ISP or being able to assign out an IP address. The reboot may fix that.

It happened to me once and rebooting the apex fixed it. When you say you rebooted the apex did you just disconnect the brain from power or did you press the little reboot button on the brain?

Got it fixed. Not sure exactly what I did to achieve that victory, but I'll take it!

In the future, if you have issues you can hold the reset button down on the head unit for 10 seconds, the apex will reboot and the light will be blue, you can then connect to it via WiFi and a phone/tablet. Then select you WiFi you want to you and the apex will drop connection with phone/tablet and reconnect.
