Apex not loading on browser??

I'm able to access and control via my apple app but when I try to get the apex on the browser so I can do more detailed tweaking it won't load all the way. Can someone give me a no brained step by step on getting it to load.

I'm having the same issue. Except I am not able to access it on neither my phone or the computer. I was able to access it just a day ago.
