Apex on two tanks?

Is there a way to run one apex on two different tanks that are not plumbed together?

Yes you can.

They just have to be in proximity of one another. No extras required just hook them up and you can label your outlets respectively. I would suggest getting second power strip and additional set of probes for second tank so u can measure those separately

If one tank is on one side of the house and the other tank is on the other side of the house it is not possible?

No. You need to physically plug probes and cables into apex. They need to be within approximately 12 feet. Only thing you could do is run ton of extension cords to it. Wouldn't recommend it
