Apex or GHL

I lived vicariously through a friend of mine who has been running an apex since 2013. Everything I went to buy an apex he convinced me not to. Said it was not worth it and that the products break too easy. Finally I spoke to him before buying a GHL. He said he was thinking about doing the same thing! I have no experience with apex. But I can attest to how well built the GHL is. Sure they don't have the BRS investigates videos out there like apex does but I think its only a matter of time before we see them. The more we demand BRS does investigates videos on GHL products, the quicker we will see them. Their FB page is a great place to ask them to feature GHL videos.
My prediction is that once BRS elevates GHL to the same platform where they currently hold Neptune, GHL will become the king of controllers. The things simply doesn't break down. With the right community support, we will have an extensive "how to" section with many local experts.

Personally a big GHL Fan. Been using their equipment well over a decade now, and currently running:

3 x Profilux 4
2 x KH Director
5 x Doser 2.1
1 x Doser Maxi for W/C and ATO
7 x Power Bars (Yes, Excessive!!)
4 x Mitras 7206
Vortech Controller, Optical Sensors, Yada Yada.

I can tell you that the products are well built and reliable, and that their support has always been fantastic when I've needed it (not often).

The Web Interface and Cloud management has gotten significantly better from when I started with GHL, and just keeps coming on in leaps and bounds.

I know a number of people that have switched over from Apex, and as with any migration (Windows to Mac, iPhone to Android, etc) there's a learning curve as things might not be how you're used to, but generally I see people are happy with their decisions!

I appreciate everyone's feed back. Ultimately I chose to stick with apex as I have a full back up unit if this thing fails but do regret selling my brand new ghl with extra power bar and 3 head 2.1 doser for dirt cheap lol
