Apex OSC command not working?

Hi. Looking for some guidance or to confirm that my OSC is just not working.

I program my feeder with the OSC command and it should turn on for 15 seconds, at 9am, 1pm, and 5pm, but its missing the last one:

Fallback OFF
OSC 060:00/000:15/179:45 Then ON
If Time 20:01 to 08:50 Then OFF

i also tried the virtual outlet option with the defer option, but the virtual outlet wont activate the feeder outlet, even when the feeder is programmed to "if virtual outlet = on then on" + the defer time, it dit not turn it on.

If i turn the outlet on, it works just fine. So not bad outlet.

No idea if this will work but what if you used
SET OFF
If Time 8:00 to 18:00 then ON — or something similar
OSC 060:00/000:15/179:45 Then ON

i know it shouldn’t make a difference. But who knows

OSC 000:00/000:15/239:45 Then ON
If Time 00:00 to 08:59 Then OFF
If Time 17:01 to 23:59 Then OFF

See if this works.
