Apex Probe Calibration Issues

Just got my brand new apexel and I'm having some difficulty calibrating the pH probe.

The 7 sln works just fine but when I click next and it's calibrating on the 10 sln, the acceptable range is displaying a exclamation mark.

Is there something I'm missing here?

Yes I'm using the automatic calibration task on apex local

Seems like there are a few users with this problem online but no one has a solution for this

Have you checked the Neptune forum .... or even asked there?

Silly question but you switched to the 10 ph calibaration liquid correct?

It sucks just accept it and move on

Yup I moved it to the 10 ph liquid

Yea from what people are saying online they just couldn't figure out a solution and just left it like that

Just a quick update I sent Apex a support ticket and turns out the pH probe connection on the brain was faulty. They are sending me a replacement right now.

Have to say Apex Neptune customer service is top notch
