I came home yesterday and all of my modules were off (Cor return pumps WXM, etc) and flashing orange. I traced it down to a corroded aquabus connector on the feeder, but what concerns me is that I didn't receive any message saying things were jacked. I have power monitoring on almost every device, but I didn't get any warnings at all. I'm guessing that's because it was on the aquabus, it couldn't communicate with the modules to tell if they were working or not (or something like that). Is there some code I can enter to catch this in the future?

My understanding is that any monitoring of an output ceases to operate when that output no longer exists (i.e. when disconnected from the Apex). Unfortunately, I have not found any reliable way to monitor if a module is not communicating, which is what happens when AquaBus ports are corroded and shorting out the communications.

I would recommend that you do not do all your connections in a chain if at all possible. Break them out of the Energy bars as separate runs. Also make sure any connections near water like feeders are the last in a chain as if any corrode it will be those.

Also consider protecting unused AquaBus ports with rubber plugs to prevent corrosion:
