Is it possible to program apex to turn on an outlet for 3 seconds a day? I cannot figure out how to do it.
 
Try this ( turns on at 12:00:57 and shuts off at 12:01:00). Make sure you use outlet 1-3 or 5-7. 4 and 8 support higher amps and do not support switching that quickly.

Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If Time 12:00 to 12:01 Then ON
Defer 000:57 Then ON
