Apex programming for skimmer?

What program language for a skimmer to turn on from midnight to six am? Thanks

I figured it out, just used the light schedule set by the apex

Set Off
If 12:00 to 23:59 Then On

Wouldn't it be if "23:59 to 06:00 Then On" ?

I believe the actual command is
“IF TIME 23:59 to 06:00 THEN ON” not just “if 23:59”
