Hey All,

I have an apex classic with EB8 and cannot seem to get my pump and ato to shutoff for feeding and water changes. It doesn't seem to respond on any outlets no matter what configuration I try. Is there something wrong with my apex?

Fallback ON
Set ON
If Time 17:00 to 18:00 Then OFF

So what happens if you move the output slider on the dashboard to manual OFF or to ON? Does the output actually respond to the change? Or is it only when set to AUTO that it doesn't behave as expected?

I have it set to auto when I attempt to utilize these functions. Since it is not working when I test it, I leave them set to ON while I’m away

If it turns on when you set the slider to ON, but doesn't work with the programming you posted, then the most common problem is if your Apex clock is not set for the correct timezone. When you look at your dashboard, do you see two different clocks? If so, then that means your Apex is operating as if it's in a different timezone than you are in. Run the Clock Setup task to adjust the clock settings to be valid for your location, then reboot the Apex.

I’ve tried it on both times. But will attempt this.

What do you mean "on both times"? Are you saying the clocks are different? The only time you should ever see two different clocks is if you're traveling to a different time zone than where your Apex is located. The Apex is manufactured in California, so every shipped unit is set for the US Pacific time zone. Unless you're in the Pacific time zone, everything you program based on time will function as if it's in California rather than where your Apex is physically located.

I ran the configs multiple times. I set it to a time 5 minutes ahead of my time. When that didn’t work. I set it 2 hours behind the next time (my apex time is 2 hours behind). I never set both at the same time. Sadly it is very late for me and a I can’t be messing It right now. I will try to ask clocks in the morning
