Apex programming help

I am trying to setup my Apex to run just the powerheads when there is a power outage. I thought I had it but I don't. I have the plug that will let the unit know there is an outage. What I need is to learn the line of code in the programming to make this happen. I tried looking in the tutorial articles and I know the answer is somewhere on here but I can't find it. Please help

Under the advanced programming tab for each outlet that you want disabled, you need to add this line:

If Power Apex OFF 000 Then OFF
